Yiest Bread


Bread
  • 750 gr flour
  • 1 block of butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Olive oil
  • 20 gr yiest
Step 1 :
  • In a measuring cup, add 1 cup of water, 2 tsp of sugar, add yiest, leave it until bubbly, later on add more water if you are just about to mix it with dough

Step 2 :

  • Put the yiest water in a flower, make a dough and knead
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, leave it to rest until the dough rise, about 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, knock back the air, then shape it anything you like ( roung, square, long, etc; see all the picture)
  • After you shape it, put in in the baking tray, and leave it to rise again
  • If the bread rise to your desirable heigh, quickly sprinkle the seed with poppy seed/orange zest, or any seed, then quickly eggwash top of the bread
  • quickly put the baking tray in the oven
