almond and Hazelnut Butter Cake

Italian Style Chocolate Coffee Cake

Step 1:
  • In a bowl, put 2 cup of water, 2 tsp sugar, yiest
 Step 2 :
  • Mix 1 tsp flower, 1 block of water, shape in square, leave in fridge
step 3 :
Make dough :
  • Mix 2 cup of flower, 2 tsp salt, 1 cup of sugar
  • Add yiest, add 1 cup of milk, 1 egg
  • Leave dough to rise about 1 hour, After 1 hour, knead the dough again, make it flat,  put butter( the one that we make in step2 )
  • Put butter in the middle of dough, fold it and leave it for 4 hours
  • after 4 hours, roll the dough flat, spread the fillings*(see below) all over the pastry, roll it fowar, move it round, brush with melted butter
  • Leave the dough to rise again
  •  Bake it for 35 minutes
Fillings:
 * crust almond flakes, hazelnut, wallnut, pinenut, nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa powder, orange zest
