Rollmops

Anchovie Fillets in Olive Oil - Rolled with Capers 95g Fish Rollmops
You need;
  • In a pot, boil water,sugar, white whine vinegar, mustard seed, thyme. Leave aside, let it cooldown
  • Roll the fish, put in a jar, pour the mixture above in jar, seal it up.
  • leave in a fridge
