Spicy Lamb Shank with Garden vegetables ala Sari's Kitchen






You need :
  • Fry lamb shank, set aside, leave residu oil for fying
How :
  • Fry Onion, Garlic, Tuneric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Chili, Nutmeg, Garam masala
  • Pour Red wine, soy sauce and honey
  • Put lamb shank in a pot togather
  • Sprinkle dry chili ( if you prefer a bit more spicy)
  • Bake for an hour or two
