Greek Food : Pork Kebab ala Sari's Kitchen
pork kebab
you need :
slice pork in long lean litle pieces.
Marinated overnight with :
dry mint
Oregano
Peppercorn (Whole) - Black Tellicherry,
Sea Salt
1
Lemon
( juice)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic
After marinated pork overnight, put in skewer and grill it.
