Puff pastry, Recipe number 1 by sari kitchen


Hafner Cream Puffs, Neutral, 120-Count BoxYou need :
  • 2 Cup of water
  • 1 Block of Butter
  • Sugar ( optional if you like it sweet or no sugar at all)
  • 2 Cup of Flour
  • 3 egg
Hafner Mini Savory Horns, 120-Count Box

How:
  • Boil 2 cup of water, put a block of butter, sugar, still until boil.
  • When it boil, put 2 cup of flower, stir it well ( it will be lumpy at first, it's okay, just keep stiring until it mix all well togathe), then turn off the heat
  • Set aside, add 3 eggs and mix it well
  • Put in a big bag Plastic stencil
  • Prepare the pan and shape pastry in a pan as you like, for example, round, box, croisant shape (any shape you want)
  • Glaze the top pastry with milk
