You need :
- Boil 2 cup of castor sugar with 2 cup of water until thickened
- Whisk 2 egg white in a bowl with mixer
- When the sugar water thickened, pour it to bowl of egg white
- keep mixing it ( DO NOT stop mixing it, keep mixing it) until it looks like frosting.
