Carrot Cake

 

Its really easy to make Carrot Cake,

 the option either you make it from scratch or get Simply Organic Carrot Cake Mix ( see picture below).

Its super easy making Carrot cake from Supermoist Carrot Cake Mix , Just follow the instruction on the back of the box.

Now, on the otherhand, if you want to make  Carrot Cake from the scratch you need to prepare the Iingridients such as :

• 2 cup of Brown Sugar
• 2 Block of Butter
• 5 egg yolks
• Cinnamon
• Ginger
• Cloves
• Nutmeg
• 3 tsp Orange Zest
• 250ml Orange Juice
• 10 shredded Carrot
• Almond
• walnut
• Self raising flower

For Icing, mix :

• Cream
• Cream Cheese
• Icing sugar
